Customers are fully responsible for:

• uploaded files,

• stored data,

• websites,

• customer content,

• products and services,

• end-user interactions,

• legal compliance,

• taxes,

• GDPR compliance,

• intellectual property,

• and all activities conducted through the platform.

DEEPXCLUSIVE SARLS does not control or monitor customer content and assumes no responsibility for customer activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

DEEPXCLUSIVE SARLS shall not be liable for:

• data loss,

• customer files,

• illegal content,

• copyright violations,

• trademark violations,

• hacking incidents,

• malware,

• business interruption,

• financial loss,

• service misuse,

• AI-generated content,

• customer disputes,

• or damages of any kind.

Services are used entirely at the customer’s own risk.

5. No Guarantee

All services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted uptime,

• business success,

• revenue,

• SEO results,

• AI accuracy,

• customer acquisition,

• or platform availability.

6. Payments

All payments are final.

By purchasing digital services or products, customers waive any applicable withdrawal rights to the maximum extent permitted by law once access or delivery has started.

7. Account Suspension

DEEPXCLUSIVE SARLS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice in cases of:

• abuse,

• fraud,

• spam,

• illegal activities,

• payment disputes,

• security risks,

• or Terms violations.

No refunds will be issued.

8. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless DEEPXCLUSIVE SARLS, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses resulting from customer activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Luxembourg.

The courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
